Jewelry is my preferred language of expression, as I feel that my creations are true narratives, told aesthetically, that take shape from my emotions, my feelings and experiences. My life’s aspiration and purpose is therefore to create miniature works of art, artifacts through which a timeless aesthetic ideal is woven.
In Cecilia's work, there is a deep personal involvement and total dedication. Jewelry, for her, is not simply an adornment or a status symbol, it is a harmonious composition born of the marriage between creativity and technique, giving life to artifacts that rise to the level of true works of art.
Cecilia grew up surrounded by beauty in its most classical sense, influenced by the Italian artistic tradition, which has shaped her aesthetic taste, deeply rooted in her origins.
Over the years, Cecilia has nurtured her passion for aesthetics and jewelry through a journey of personal and professional growth. After obtaining a diploma in Jewelry Design from IED in Milan, she deepened her interests by attending courses at the Accademia Orafa Ambrosiana in Milan and the Central Saint Martin’s College of Art and Design in London. Her desire to expand her skills in the field of jewelry later led her to specialize in gemology (diamonds and colored gemstones) at the Gemological Institute of America in New York.
In addition to these experiences, her aesthetic sensibility has been profoundly shaped under the guidance of Master Goldsmith Gianni Bionda, holder of the secrets of the ancient techniques of repoussé and chasing. Working in his goldsmithing studio and learning the parameters of sacred art has allowed Cecilia to develop a keen and discerning eye, teaching her the wonder of shaping matter and cultivating patience.
After learning the importance of “doing things by hand” and honing her technical expertise, Cecilia has worked many years at a prestigious fashion house, where she oversaw both the design and production of high jewelry and unique pieces for runway shows. While continuing to collaborate as an external consultant for major companies, drawing from her years of experience, she embarked on a journey to create her own signature collection where each piece is meticulously crafted to perfection.
