Refund policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receipt to inspect the item, try it on, and report to us any problems you may encounter:
RETURNS:
-If the item does not fit or you have changed your mind, customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping and coordinating it with the local mail or carrier.
-To make a return, the item must be in the same condition as it was received, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging.
-To initiate a return, please send a return request to hello@ceciliaaccardo.it. Items returned without first contacting us will not be accepted.
-Once the item has been received and inspected by our team, we will issue a refund to the account used to pay for the order.
-Please consult our Size Guide and feel free to ask our staff for help in making a decision.
-After 7 days of receipt, no returns will be accepted for cosmetic or fit reasons.
DAMAGE:
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received a wrong item so that we can assess the problem and remedy it.
-If the item has a defect that has passed our inspections, or is broken during delivery, we will provide you with a shipping label to return it and cover the cost of repair.
-If you were sent the wrong item, we will provide you with a return shipping label and quickly send you the right one.
-If the cause of the damage seems unclear, the client may be asked to send the client back to the firm for further verification of the cause of the damage.
After 7 days, the reported damage should be returned by the customer, who should bear the cost of the return shipment and coordinate it with the local mail or courier.
-If the damage appears to result from a product defect, we will repair and ship the product back to the customer.
-If the damage appears to result from misuse or accident, we will charge repair costs according to our repair policies.
We also offer a repair service if you have accidentally damaged your item, please contact our staff for more information.
CAN I CHANGE MY PURCHASE?
The easiest way to exchange returned products is to place another order while returning your own. This must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
Unwanted items must be returned to us; customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping and coordinating the return with the local mail or courier, according to our return policies.
We will invite you to place a new order online for the correct product you need, and we will issue a refund for the item once received and inspected by our staff.
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be made automatically using the original payment method. Remember that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
