Italy & EU and Whole World online store shipping policy
Shipments within the European Union are free for the Customer, while for the rest of the world, customs duties will have to be paid.
Available products can be shipped within 7 days from the date of order.
Orders placed after noon on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays will be processed the next business day.
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Shipments are usually handled by DHL courier, but Cecilia Accardo may reserve the right to entrust the shipment to a different courier. Customers will be accurately informed by e-mail of the courier's name and their tracking number once the order has been processed.
You can track your shipment on each carrier's website with the waybill number (tracking number) emailed to you once your order is shipped. Please note that the waybill number will be sent to the e-mail address used for the purchase.
The goods are shipped with insured shipping. In case of damage during shipment, we ask the Customer to contact our Customer Service Department at hello@ceciliaaccardo.it within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please retain all packaging, merchandise and invoices to allow us to verify the damage and process the claim. Our Customer Service will contact you to determine the procedure.
In case of damage during shipment, we will send a new item to replace the damaged item. The replacement of the item will take place within 30 days after the customer reports and only after receiving the damaged item from the customer to:
